Loved it here. Great little RV stop. Very clean, friendly, and conveniently located. We love out of the way spots in small towns and his is one of our favorites going forward. Has full hook-ups, laundry on-site, showers on-site and restrooms.

This RV park is conviently located right on 89A in Fredonia. The RV spaces are all clean, neat and level. Pull thrus are large and well layed out with modern hook ups and picnic tables.

This is a great small rv park! Everything was clean, neat and very well maintained. The host was really knowledgeable about the area and helped us choose the right route to where we were going. I highly recommend staying there.

This RV Park has plenty of room for large campers and is a full hook-up site with plenty of pull-through sites. Keep in mind there is absolutely no shade, however it's difficult to find that anywhere in the area. The view is not great but the park was very quiet. The owner was very nice. We didn't use the restrooms, shower, or laundry facilities because we have all of it in our camper. This park was within good distances of The North Rim, Mt. Zion, and Bryce Canyon which are all a must see. This place was definitely worth the price.
