We found this listed on Hotels.com and it looks and sounded beautiful. We'll, it wasn't even close. The pictures that are posted on site are false. Maybe when these units were new, they were nice but that's not the case anymore. This place is nestled in between gas stations, a truck stop and the interstate. It's a glorified trailer park. The only thing nice about this place was the lady that checked us in. After seeing this 'glamper' we were horrified. There were bugs on one of the beds. We own a travel trailer and camp often, bugs are going to get in but these were dead and in between the sheets. She did offer us another unit but after that experience we declined. It's ultimately my fault for trusting Hotels.com. That will never happen again.

“Glamping” Nightmare TLDR- filthy bedding, canceled before staying, owner refused refund. We rented a “Glamping” RV in Williams AZ. We arrived at 10:15 pm local time at 32 degrees. The owner knew we were coming in later due to flight delays. The blankets on the beds were covered in dog and human hair. We pulled back the blankets to find visible black specks and what looked like small blood spots. Of course my first thought was bedbugs. We attempted to reach the emergency line. No one answered and the voicemail was full, so we left and went to a hotel. By now it was almost 11 pm and 32 degrees or lower. Once we got checked in at the hotel I sent a message via the VRBO app saying we’d left and why and I indicated that we’d attempted to reach them via telephone. I received an almost immediate response via the VRBO app indicating that they would move us to another RV. They attempted to reach me by telephone but my DND was already on since it was so late but we were already checked in anyway. I told them via the VRBO app that we’d already moved to a hotel, we were not interested in another RV after our experience and that we expected a refund. We contested via VRBO and the owner refused to refund. We ended up successfully doing a chargeback via our credit card company. A few pictures below from a 6” square area in just one bed. I didn’t look further after that, and we quickly grabbed our things and got them the heck out of there - we definitely did not want bedbugs to come with us.

Overall, the RV was semi-clean except for the multiple, LONG black hairs in the sheets which was so disgusting. That grossed me out especially because my 7 year old and I slept in the same bed with lots of dark hairs that were not ours. Service was great. Fire pit and chairs were provided which were nice. Also, we had a picnic table outside. Location was phenomenal. Close to so many wonderful places including Downtown Williams which is charming and quaint; only a hop, skip, and throw across the street from Bearizona which was awesome; and just a 30-minute drive from stunning Flagstaff. RVs were nice but when there are a bunch of black hairs in sheets, I am completely grossed out. :(

Wouldn’t call this glamping. Our RV was pretty dirty overall and didn’t get Mountain Views like it said when I booked. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to anyone. The check in service was good and the staff was nice but the RV alone wasn’t great.
