We had a great time at this KOA because it's quiet. There's not a lot of campers. We drove past the other local KOA and there were about 30 kids running around yelling. Another reason why we liked this KOA so much is that it's in a good location. It's one hour south of the Grand Canyon, a half hour away from Flagstaff, 1.5 hours away from Sedona, and within a reasonable drive of Lake Powell and inner tubing on the Verde River. Last but not least, we enjoyed staying here because all of the workers were so nice. I can't remember everyone's name, but I do remember Suzanne. She was always friendly, professional, and helpful.

This was perfect for us on our way to the Grand Canyon. It’s about an hour drive, but so easy and straight up 64 north. The facility is in great shape. It is well maintained and clean. You always saw someone out working and keep it looking great. This is our first KOA but it won’t be our last. Loved all the amenities. The pool was relaxing and clean. The laundry was great too. There’s a store with supplies should you need anything. The staff!!!!! Excellent and friendly. Felt good to be appreciated for our stay. Thank you to all.

Outstanding! This KOA had everything we wanted & more! Staff is incredible, highly responsive to camper needs & inquiries. In fact, EVERY staff member we encountered seemed to go the extra mile & GENUINELY care about us having a great experience. They were super knowledgeable about local attractions' in's & out's, cheerfully answering questions w extra tips that enhanced our overall experience. Their good will extended beyond KOA, deeper into our travels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Canyon Railway RV Park. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind from the moment we arrived. We stayed in one of the RV sites, and everything was very well maintained. The bathrooms were a little dated, but honestly, it did not matter at all because they were spotless and clearly well cared for. The convenience store had a great selection of gifts, souvenirs, and camping necessities. Plus propane if you need to fill up before you go! They also had a nice pet area and pretty much anything you would need whether you are staying for one night or a longer camping trip. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This was a nice KOA about 50 minutes to the Grand Canyon. It was a little bit rustic compared to other KOA’s I’ve stayed at but offered clean and nice amenities. It was also close enough to the town of Williams that has lots of cool shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.
