If you’re looking for a spot to camp in the winter - this is not the spot. We saw online that there is free off season camping here but all of the access roads were closed off. We found a great blm campsite near by up in the hills.

I have lived in Flagstaff for 4 years and I didn't know about this beautiful lake. I just realized this spring. I love to spend time just enjoying the landscape.

2017 fishing was awesome...went by a few weeks ago and it was bone dry...snow please...snoooow!
