My boys loved the indoor pool. Bathroom and showers were clean and nice all around. Our site had a cool tree that added a nice nature touch. Oh the office staff super generous, kind , friendly and professional.

We stayed several nights in one of their tiny homes. First thing we noticed about the campground is the amount of litter all over. Check in process went well with I believe was the manager. First night we had some minor water drain back up in the shower and we didn’t think anything of it. Second night we had the shower basin back up and overflow onto the floor. We noticed that when the neighbor in the unit behind us showered our toilet gurgled and also began to back up and overflow. Next was the sink backing up. When the host came out to look at it he stated they have had issues with the plumbing drains. I asked if the drain is shared with the adjacent unit behind us and he said it was. After an hour the water receded and we were able to use our toilet again. The promised a plumber to investigate the next morning. As we were gone all day we stopped in the front desk to get a report of what the plumber found. The very rude host at the front desk, Saturday May 30th told me there was no issues with the plumbing. I called him on it stating I was told they have had problems since the homes were built and he told me that was not true. I explained the flow capacity issue to him and he again stated there was no problem. Then he went on to say not to worry because there is no one in the adjacent unit. Why would he say that if there was supposedly no problem? Because he was out right lying to me. I also told him about the litter issue and that we witnessed the cleaning person after cleaning a unit (which literally took 7 minutes) would place the garbage bags of trash outside the units and not in the dumpster. We sat there one day and watched those bags blow around the campground thus creating some of the litter issue. He said that would be a great comment for feedback. I said I just gave you feedback, now do something with it and don’t wait for a review comment. The guy was the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. We will not return to this place. There is a brand new campground right next door to Page Lake Powell Campground that we drove through and found it to be very clean and litter free. I suggest you book there if you care anything about the environment. Finally, the hot tub was fine, but the swimming pool being unheated was less than 70 degrees F and too cold to comfortably swim in. Also, the pools steps and bottom were very slimy and slippery. The steps especially were a hazard. The bathrooms in the pool area were also locked and inaccessible. We watched people come and immediately leave after dipping their toes in the frigid water.

I have stayed here 2 times now and find it to be a decent place to pull in for a night or two. It’s an easy stopover, level, wide spaces, the management is friendly and helpful. It’s only 1.9 miles to the Safeway or Walmart and that area has lots of fast food choices. The office has some drinks in the refrigerator too. There is no dog park, fyi. To be clear, we haven’t used the pool, laundry, or showers, so I can’t speak to that, but we will definitely stay here again.

We were able to get a site for us with our friends last minute. The man in the office was very accommodating. Our site was a back-in FHU on level gravel. Quiet park with nice views that is close to hiking, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, restaurants, Glen Canyon Area. They also allowed a late check out if needed. We did not use any of their amenities as we are self contained.

We have stayed at this park one time prior to this one with great anticipation for a great stay. However… Got here early and wanted to see if we could check in an hour early. Front desk operator didn’t even look up and said not till 4. There were about a half dozen cars in the whole place. Ok… here’s what I call lipstick on a pig. Tiny home looks nice on the outside until you open the door. Flooring separation from subflooring. Told to take 2 showers for 10 minutes each and let the water heater recharge. Combo lock not working, given a key. Water in the pool very cold with biting flies annoying your head and one drew blood. Ice is for sale, not at a dispensary. Men’s bathroom at the pool not accessible from inside the pool. You have to go around. You have to bring your towel from the room because they don’t provide them at the pool. The upper deck of our “Tiny Home” hasn’t been swept off in god know how long. There are hundreds of little insect cocoons all over the home. Shall I go on…. I’ve done enough rambling and will say that we will never stay here again. Not sure if management or ownership changed, but we were severely disappointed!
