Stunning views and super clean and sleek campground. The sites were spacious and the park was dark and quiet at night. Great for stargazing. We loved the pool and thought the dog park was a great size. Only downside is you’re 20 min from Wahweap and swimming area. Staff were kind and calling into the park was easy. Would highly recommend during the fall when the weather isn’t so hot. Near Walmart and other conveniences for groceries etc.

It's been a great experience, with only minor exceptions. The check-in was fast and easy. The sites are beautifully maintained with reasonable space for an RV resort. The amenities were great except for the restroom facility in our loop. The washers and dryers were all out of order, and showers at night never had hot water. Otherwise, it was a great place to find comfort in the high dessert.

I deducted 4 points b/c we made the reservation back in January and paid $25 extra to pick site #191 that’s on the edge without a neighbor and against the hillside. But when we arrived, we were given a different site 2 doors down without any explanation! It’s only when we asked about it and showed them our first email confirmation that they investigated and took a while to finally figure it out. The explanation we’re given was that #191 was assigned to a “permanent” resident! So, why was the site offered up for selection? Also, we kept receiving reminder emails about our visit and were never alerted to this error!?!? Jacob, the receptionist, said something about an error due to a system change or something. Well, it’s still irresponsible to not notify us! It’s absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid and the extra effort/time & money we spent to research and select what appeared to be an available site! Other CONS: No place or warm water for washing dishes. We had to use the cold water from the spigot at our site to do it. Spigot was very difficult to turn on/off! The ground was graveled and NOT leveled; had to move the heavy table out to more leveled ground (lots of other reviewers commented on this)! For the price we paid (much more that KOA), these are not acceptable! The only things that prevent us to give you a zero-star review were that Jacob the receptionist did the right thing to give us a refund on our credit card (but it was NOT instant; took a whole day to happen)! Again, in this day and age of digital capabilities, your system is totally obsolete! Hope you correct this soon! The other good things are the very clean and nice bathroom/shower rooms. Kudos to the cleaning staff! Also, the view is incredible! I really like your location and facilities. Just hope that you smooth out all those glitches so that we may return in the future. Until then, I will not recommend you to my friends.

This place is awesome. By far the best campground we have ever stayed in, and we have traveled the country staying in all different kinds of campgrounds. The facilities were 10/10. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Not to mention the amazing view of the desert. We will definitely be making regular trips here!

If you are in Page AZ, this is the place to stay! I’ve stayed at a lot of RV parks across the country and no one took care of me and my family quite like Roam America. The shower houses are always clean and the maintenance crew does a good job keeping the RV sites picked up. The laundry works great. The cafe is delicious. The manager, Jacob, and assistant manager, Nic, are amazing. They go out of their way to help people but also hold people accountable so the park is nice and safe for everyone. What more can I say? This place checks all the boxes!
