Location was fantastic, close enough to Flagstaff for outings but far away enough. The community was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the Bistro food being more than just pool snack bar food and the shop was handy! The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. They are compact but the ample outdoor seating expanded the space and the way the cabins are positioned allowed us to enjoy the forest view from the windows. Pool towel service would be helpful in the future. We were three generations of women and all of us enjoyed the cabin, grounds, and amenities.

We stayed in one of the tiny houses on the outskirts of the property. The cabin itself was very nice and comfortable. However, if you need reliable Wi-Fi during your stay, this may not be the best option. The maintenance employee who came to help us was friendly and genuinely tried to assist, but there wasn’t much he could do other than give us the phone number for the internet provider. We spent a couple of hours on our first day working through troubleshooting with both the on-site staff and the internet provider. We work with technology regularly, so this wasn’t simply a matter of not knowing how to connect or troubleshoot. Despite trying multiple devices and following all of the recommended steps, the issue was never resolved. Since we were visiting from out of state, we had planned to use the evenings to research and plan our activities for the next day, so the lack of internet was a significant inconvenience. What was especially frustrating was being directed to troubleshoot with the internet provider ourselves instead of Village Camp handling the issue. According to the maintenance employee, this has been an ongoing problem for over a year, which made it even more disappointing that there didn’t seem to be a solution in place. We didn’t use any of the shared amenities—such as the pool, pickleball courts, amphitheater, or bistro—so I can’t comment on those. Overall, the cabin itself was great, but the lack of reliable internet and the way the issue was handled took away from the experience.

Village Camp Flagstaff! We just returned from a wonderful stay at Village Camp Flagstaff and absolutely loved it! Whether you’re in an RV or renting one of their cozy cabins, this place has everything you need for a relaxing and fun getaway. The resort is beautifully maintained with spotless grounds, clean facilities, and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The amenities are fantastic! The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed the on-site bar and cafe, which served up great drinks and tasty meals with friendly service. The live music and variety of activities really added to the vibe without ever feeling overwhelming. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the whole place just feels well-run and cared for. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here. Village Camp Flagstaff is the perfect blend of modern amenities and a laid-back mountain setting. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family has started to do family reunions here and it’s the perfect spot. Everyone has their own space, but still close together. The new cabins were very nice as well! The staff is very kind and helpful. The gentleman who ran the Olympic Games was especially amazing! We had a great time!

We had booked a campsite for 2 nights at Village Camp Flagstaff and after the first night we booked 3 more! Everything about VCF is an experience and we didn’t want it to end. The private bathroom/shower combo are so clean and beautifully done, the clubhouse full bar and food were AMAZING, under an hour to the Grand Canyon and every staff member was so helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough. We cannot wait to road trip from CA again next summer to enjoy another week here.
