This KOA has so many amenities going for it and will probably be the most memorable KOA we’ve stayed at so far 🌲🚐✨ We’ve stayed at several KOAs over the years, but during our big trip through Utah, this one truly felt like real camping nestled under the pine trees in the forest. We enjoyed it so much that we actually extended our stay an extra night for a total of 4 nights ❤️ The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I used the laundry room, which was clean, adequate, and actually a relaxing place to sit for a bit. One thing I really appreciated was the layout of the main amenities area — the laundry, bathrooms, showers, pool, game room, store, and restaurant are all conveniently located together, yet still feel separate and thoughtfully designed rather than overcrowded. One thing that REALLY impressed me as an RV owner was the hookup setup 👏 Because of how my travel trailer is configured, parking can sometimes be complicated. My electrical and water hookups are toward the back of the trailer while my sewer connection is about 6 feet in front of the axle on a 34-foot unit, so placement usually has to be strategic. At this KOA, they had multiple sewer hookup options along the site — something I’ve honestly never seen before! That was incredibly impressive. Whether you have a dual-tank setup or need flexibility for trailer positioning like I do, this campground clearly understands RV functionality and setup challenges. The campground itself was peaceful and quiet during our stay, though we were there the first week of May before the busier season kicked in 🌲☀️ We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there after exploring the area. We visited the Grand Canyon, which was about a 70–75 minute drive away, made several trips into Williams, and even took a day trip to Sedona. Unfortunately, we were a little early in the season for the go-karts, so we missed out on that, but we did enjoy the pool and spent some relaxing evenings in the hot tub 🏊‍♂️🔥 Overall, this KOA absolutely exceeded our expectations. Between the forest setting, thoughtful layout, amazing hookups, and friendly atmosphere, we would definitely stay here again! 🌟

This place is absolutely incredible with plenty to do and the staff is top notch; the experience they provided is extremely rare these days. Huge kudos to each and every single member of their staff who were all genuine, over the top friendly, helpful and created a fun environment throughout the entire weekend which made the visit particularly enjoyable. They have a lot for families to enjoy from go carts, mini golf, barrel rides, hay rides, a jumping pad, pool, spa, restaurant, hand scooped thrifty ice cream, UTV rentals, a small arcade and activities to keep the kids engaged the entire time. The weekend we were there, they had a watermelon eating contest which was a blast! The campground was in the pines, well maintained and clean. I am not normally a fan of group style organized camping but this was definitely the exception and we had a great time! To the management, keep doing what your are doing to hire and motivate. Your staff is doing a great job! We would highly recommend this KOA for anyone considering it!

We had an amazing weekend at the Williams KOA. As a mom with kids I couldn't have asked for more! From the minute we checked in and were guided to our site to the welcoming smell of waffle cones cooking as we checked out this was a wonderful and memorable experience and we cant wait to come back!! The ladies that put on all the activities did an amazing job. We had so much fun on the barrel rides and hay rack rides, and the candy flashlight hunt. The tie dye experience was incredible and the young lady that was hosting had so much knowledge and patience. I think our shirts are going to be fabulous!! The kids loved the scavenger hunt (we won and the prize basket was also super cool!) We had a blast in the pool, on the playgrounds and on the jump pad, we enjoyed wings and a delicious breakfast in the cafe, the store was like a whole shopping experience and the staff was nothing but smiles and enthusiasm!! Were looking at booking another weekend very soon thanks to such a positive experience!! Thanks Williams KOA for everything you do!! *Edited to add: We loved the Christmas in July theme!! From seeing Santa to the Christmas music playing in the shop and on the train our exoerince was 10 times better thanks to having arrived on such a fun themed weekend!!

Great KOA. Some highway noise and train noise but the train was fun to hear, at least for us! The site itself was unlevel but nothing some blocks didn’t fix. We appreciated all the amenities, especially the dog run, big jump pad for kids, and playground. A tad on the expensive side but I suppose it makes sense with all the extras included and the convenient location to Bearizona and Grand Canyon.

We didn't stay here but our daughter and her family did. We came to visit on the weekend. We had a lot of fun. On the weekends they had many activities for the girls to do and they absolutely loved it, and we did these activities several times. The campground was clean, well maintained. The entire staff was cheerful, friendly and very knowledgeable. We never saw one unhappy or cranky looking employee the entire time we were there.
