Located on State route 64 / US route 180 near McDonald's with plenty of parking and close to the Grand Canyon's South Rim. We were staying in Tusayan and wanted a steak for dinner so this place caught our attention as it was walking distance from our hotel. Since we had our dog with us, we called in a takeout order (although they have benches out front). We ordered their '8 oz Sirloin Steak' and the 'Big E Burger'. The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned served with carrots and a baked potato. The burger was made with 1/2 lb Angus beef patty, tasted so good, and served with steak fries. Everything was fresh and delicious, such satisfying dinner choices for sure. Shout out to 'Juan Carlos' who was super friendly and welcoming as we picked up our food. The restaurant is big and spacious with a cool western vibe, full bar, and lounge area. The restrooms were very clean during our visit. I will definitely return and enjoy more of their menu when in town.

We decided to Try Big E on Valentine's night after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. We loved the western atmosphere. The greeter was welcoming and very accommodating when I asked for a quieter space. Our server was very attentive and helpful. We ordered potato skins right away, not knowing the steak came with a baked potato and veggie. The potatoskins were great, but huge. It was like 2 whole baked potatoes on the plate! Expect large portion sizes. The 3 3oz filet medallions were tasty, juicy, and very tender. Baked potatos and the carrots were just right. We found the meal good value for money, especially in a location such as this. Definitely recommend.

Not a bad place. Definitely not a steakhouse because they have more pasta dishes on the menu than anything else. Prices are steeper than I like but what are you gonna do. Food was good. The medallions with whipped potatoes and carrots were good

The place is so cute as far as the atmosphere goes. The food was absolutely terrible. So so terrible. It gives banquet hall quality and for the prices they charge it’s pretty insane. I asked for a beer and got it in a water glass, considering it’s wasn’t busy I was confused. The server and host were such angels, so sweet and apologized so much but truly it came down to the quality of food. I returned the carbonara pasta. Don’t order it or the masala chicken. I will not be returning. Enjoy the Grand Canyon!

During our visit to this restaurant, it was spring break and quite close to their closing time. We were informed that they had run out of several food items, but they still had some options available. We decided to stay, and we were incredibly pleased with our decision! The food was fantastic, and the dessert was absolutely delightful. Our waitress was exceptionally kind and attentive.
