Great atmosphere and decor. Super cool restaurant. The staff was very friendly. Seating indoors or on the deck. The jaguar jumped up to the ledge while we were there too which was fun. Food was very good.

I gave a 4/5 stars as there can always be improvements. 🌟 Overall, our meal was delicious, customer service was amazing, setting (including restrooms) were clean, stocked, and orderly. Definitely will be coming back! During our visit, we had the Southwestern Burger with fries, this was delicious and NOT overly spicey just a tiny hint that got your nostrils flaring but your tongue safe. The aioli was yummy! 😋 We also had the cheese burger with fries and chicken strips with fries, both delicious and plentiful. Very generous amounts of fries for each meal. Was able to split each for two as the recipients couldnt decide on one or the other. Good deal! 😃

Multiple visits have never disappointed. And meeting Rebekah behind the bar was such a nice pleasure. So courteous and very helpful. Love the Navajo tacos btw…huge amount of food! Another visit and seriously did not disappoint. Love the drive thru animal watching and the easy walk in the park to see the other animals. Employees are very kind and helpful. Love all the fun stuff to shop for in their huge gift shop, too! Bar service from Melanie was a pleasant experience as she was very knowledgeable about Bearazona and all the happenings there.

Melanie was more than AMAZING. I’m Not a Bloody Mary kind of girl, but my sweet man is. Melanie gave us a show and a tutorial on the PROPER Bloody Mary. She drew in a crowd, and certainly is a keeper for this awesome tourist attraction! Love you Melanie!
