Just dropped in for dessert, which was fantastic! Had the sticky toffee pudding andanother dessert with bananas. The dining menu looked good and is definitely on our list to try again. Can't wait to come back

Down-to-earth stopo crafting traditional & vegan Cornish pasties, plus other English favorites.
Cornish Pasty Co is a Flagstaff institution built around one thing done a lot of ways: the Cornish pasty, that hand-folded meat-and-veg pie British miners once carried underground. The menu runs to more than 30 versions, from classics to vegan and vegetarian riffs, alongside other English pub staples. With a 4.5-star rating from over 1,700 reviews, it's clearly found an audience well beyond homesick expats.
The building itself does a lot of the work — reviewers consistently call out the long, church-pew-style communal tables, dim pub lighting, a full bar, pool tables, and a back patio with a gas fire wall. It reads more like an English pub than a sit-down restaurant, and it leans toward groups rather than quiet two-tops. Regulars point to the Scotch egg as a strong starter and the Reuben pasty as a standout main, best given a few minutes to cool since they come out of the kitchen genuinely hot. A few reviewers note that with a menu this large, some pasty options can sell out by evening, especially after busy weekends.
It's a solid stop for lunch or a late dinner after a day at the canyon, especially if your group wants a lively room and a menu with actual variety.
