We stopped into Dark Sky Brewing Co. while exploring downtown Flagstaff and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and experience. The brewery had a clean, welcoming vibe with a fun energy that made it a great place to relax and grab drinks after a day of adventure in Northern Arizona. We tried the espresso martini, and while it could have used a slightly creamier body and texture, the flavor itself was very good and enjoyable. The beer selection was also solid, with quality craft brews that fit perfectly with the laid-back Flagstaff brewery scene. The food appeared to be classic brewpub-style offerings with a variety of casual comfort favorites that paired well with the drinks. One thing that really stood out to us was the atmosphere and artwork throughout the space. The art and interior design added personality and character to the brewery, making the environment feel creative and memorable.
