This place was amazing! Best food ever! Juan did not disappoint he recommended everything from which canyon views in the Grand Canyon go see as well as recommended the best dinner options. We’ve had both breakfast and dinner here and everything was great, but the most outstanding item on the dinner menu is the chicken fajitas! For breakfast we had the Greek omelette at the advise of Krystal which was loaded to perfection! It was so good we came back and saw Krystal again the next morning! We left the park early just to make sure we made it back to try the dinner missing the sunset and it was worth it! Kudos to your staff! Juan was born for this, I’m positive he makes every visitors experience just as grand as the Grand Canyon! I hope he is still here the next time I visit but whether he is or not I’ll sure be staying here in the future many more times to come! Thank you so much for your amazing staff and wonderful experience! I haven’t even left and I’ve been recommending this place to my friends and family.

The rooms inside were lovely. My bed was perfect and the pillows were amazing. Best hotel pillows I've ever seen. The other bed is the room however was very used and my roommate had to sleep with head at foot of the bed so as not to feel like she was tilting down. The ac in our room did not work. Was extremely hot on there. The window would not open but could see other rooms had the ability to open the windows. There were no visible staff there at all. Upon check in had to use a kiosk but we thought it was because we got there late. However upon check out had to use kiosk. Again. So couldn't even complain or get help with the busted ac. No sleep for us. Yup

Check-in was fine until the lady (Cia) requested that we write her a positive review. She wouldn’t let us go until we gave her a 5-star review here on Google. It was already 11 pm, we were very tired but forced to stand there and write. The room was fine for this price but not as clean as we expected. It’s fine for a one night stay for a reasonable price but nothing more.

We didn't spend the night here, we were just passing through for the day. The hotels did look nice & very big, clean and quiet. This is an amazing place to visit or vacation. It's not just a HUGE hole in the ground like I always thought it to be. It's breath taking and awesome! I'm so glad we didn't give up and turn around and head out as our GPS was going crazy taking us in circles. Their are ALOT of National forests and campsites to see. There is an actual town that you drive threw called the Grand canyon before you get to the HUGE hole in the ground so to speak. It's worth driving or flying up. There are also tourist buses, AV's and jeeps that can take you around all day and into the night. There are also hotels like I mentioned before after you go through the town itself and into the main entrance to get in to see this Huge attraction that so many talk about. That famous Grand Canyon. You do have to pay at the entrance or you can acquire a pass and just drive on through. This entitles you to endless attractions and the tours. Percentages off the lodges/ hotels that are actually inside the Grand Canyon which serves the area around that HUGE hole in the ground. There is also a train that you can ride and helicoptera that can get you closer to the main attraction.

Its a nice little hotel. Beds were very comfy. Room esthetic was cute with the wood furniture, it looked hand made. Only problem we had was, when we were there, the internet was out the entire time and the cell service was a complete dead zone. Which was not their fault. Customer service was great. Everyone was welcoming.
