Wood-fired pizza and a full bar inside Grand Canyon Village
Tucked into the Maswik Lodge complex just off Village Loop Drive, Maswik Pizza Pub is the South Rim's answer to a wood-fired pizza night — a bar and pub set apart from the main food court, pouring draft and bottled beer, wine, and liquor alongside 16-inch pizzas cooked to order. It's become a reliable favorite for park visitors who want a sit-down meal with a drink after a day on the rim.
The kitchen runs on a single fire oven, so pizzas take time — reviewers report waits of around 30 minutes during busy stretches, especially in the evening. The payoff is a crust that's earned a loyal following; the white pizza gets more praise than the meat lover's, which some find on the salty side. Portions are generous for two to share.
Service gets consistent praise even when the kitchen is slammed. Go early if you want to skip the wait, and budget extra time on weekend nights.

Not sure why the rating is this low. We sat at the bar and Ray took very good care of us and the supreme pizza was very good. Not alot to a pizza joint. Its a bit pricey but look where you’re at. The pizza crust was outstanding I just wish they spread the toppings out closer to the edges more but the toppings themselves were tasty. I don’t eat a lot of pizza but would eat here again.

Pizza was not great and horribly overpriced. They were out of a cider my wife wanted, and they had just opened. Service wasn’t great either.

We had a vegetarian pizza and it was very well made. The service was also nice and the ambience was decent.
