Way overpriced! I don't feel like $35 justifies a sandwich and 2 cups of soup. Plus the superhero has a weird sweet aftertaste that I'm not entirely into. The sandwich was good but not worth the money I paid for it.

Bright cafe & bakery with counter service doling out fresh pastries, soups, salads, coffee & beer.
Tourist Home Flagstaff Cafe is a bright, counter-service spot on San Francisco Street doling out fresh pastries, soups, salads, coffee, and beer to a steady stream of regulars and NAU families passing through downtown. With a 4.5-star rating from over 1,700 reviews, it's built a following well beyond a typical breakfast stop.
Reviewers consistently point to the chilaquiles (try the pork chile verde version), the chicken and biscuit with gravy, and the breakfast burrito with green sauce as standouts. The brioche French toast and a hash with roasted sweet potatoes and chorizo also get repeat mentions, along with fresh-squeezed OJ and coffee described as strong and well-brewed. Portions run generous, and service is consistently called quick and friendly even when the place is busy.
Expect a short wait for food during peak breakfast hours since dishes are made fresh, but it's the kind of place people build a Flagstaff morning around, especially before heading north toward the canyon.

This is the lovely relaxed environment for our brunch. The menu had lots of choices, all of them very good. This is our second visit and I'm sure we'll go again.

We had brunch here one Sunday. The restaurant is a counter service restaurant, you order your meal and go find a seat, then someone will bring your meal. The nice lady employee had helpful suggestions for use, her and I had nice chit chat while my husband decided on his meal. There is seating inside as well as outside. It was a beautiful day so we chose outside. On each side of the building there is seating and our fur kids (dogs) are welcome. The area we chose to sit was very a large patio, the music they played was really nice and fit the atmosphere (a nice mix of late 90s/early 2000s). Oh yes! The food was terrific, I had the turkey sandwich with breakfast potatoes and try the ketchup, it's homemade! Our kids each had breakfast. One kid had a simple egg, toast, and potatoes, the other kid had an egg sandwich-both kids thoroughly enjoyed their meal and voiced no complaints! We left very satisfied.
