Awful customer service and the food was equally as awful. Save your money and go elsewhere. They use the location to jack prices up and give poor quality food.

Cowboy-style steaks cooked over the fire, steps from the South Rim
Yippee-Ei-O! Steakhouse leans hard into its name — this is a cowboy-themed steakhouse right in Grand Canyon Village, the kind of place where the steaks are cooked over an open fire and the cornbread comes out warm. It's a solid option for refueling after a day on the rim, with a casual, down-home dining room and a menu built around grilled meats.
The signature move here is steak cooked "the cowboy way" over open flame, alongside ribs, burgers, grilled chicken, and pork chops. Reviewers consistently call out the cornbread and the beans as standouts, and portion sizes get decent marks for the price. Service tends to be friendly and quick to seat, even for larger groups — one visitor mentioned bringing a party of 19 with no trouble splitting checks. Like any restaurant serving thousands of travelers a year, quality can vary between visits, so it's worth going in with reasonable expectations rather than fine-dining ones.
It won't be the most refined steak you've ever had, but it's a filling, no-fuss meal within walking distance of the South Rim after a long day of hiking or sightseeing.

Gosh Tusayan needs more options. We were hungry after a day in the park. Steak was way undercooked and lacked flavor. Corn was mushy. Beans were bland. We came in with low expectations based on previous reviews and even then was disappointed.
