Timber and Tin is Amazing!!! 1 hour from Zion 1 hour from Bryce. Clean units and they left EVERYTHING we needed, didn’t need to buy any tide, dishwasher soap, toilet paper. Everything provided! Pool Game Room .. would give 10 stars if possible!

Best place to stay in Kanab hands down. Perfect hub to visit several National Parks. I wish we had spent more days here. First place I’ve ever stayed where the real thing was actually better than the photos. They went the extra mile with EVERYTHING! So many little extras and nice touches. Washer & Dryer in our home, fully stocked kitchen, pool, hot tub, individual ROOF TOP fire pit with hammocks, ice maker, rain shower, theater room, lawn games, etc. We are already planning to bring our senior parents back in the fall bc we think they will love being there. This would be the PERFECT place for a family reunion-but book early bc more and more people are finding out about this place and it fills up fast! 😂 Their mission statement was about families building memories which I really love bc that’s exactly what we did and we had an unforgettable trip. We will definitely come again and again!

We stayed at Timber and Tin the first week of June, 2026. My wife and I, our 4 kids (ages 21, 19, 18, and 16) and my daughter's fiance all stayed in a single unit (H). I can't say enough about this place ... it's super clean and the owners are so accommodating! While staying at T&T, we visited Zion three days, Bryce Canyon one day, and Page, AZ one day, and it was the perfect base camp. We loved returning to T&T each day to enjoy the pool and hot tub, and even took a couple "off days" to soak up the fun at T&T and enjoy the town of Kanab.
