Oakcreek Country Club

Oakcreek Country Club is Sedona's original golf course, opened more than 40 years ago and designed by the father-son team of Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr. The public par-72 layout stretches 6,824 yards through the red rock terrain south of town, with a slope rating of 134 that puts it among the tougher tee sheets in the Sedona area.

What golfers say

Reviews are mixed but lean positive — golfers rate the conditioning and the classic Robert Trent Jones design highly, with well-groomed fairways and greens that stay difficult without feeling unfair. A few reviewers note the course shows its age compared to newer resort layouts nearby, but most come away impressed by the value and the views toward Bell Rock and the surrounding red rock formations.
