Getting to Monument Creek Vista
March through November, the overlook is reached via the free Red Route shuttle (about a 15-minute ride from the village); private vehicles are allowed on Hermit Road only December through February. It's also the eastern end of the Greenway Trail, a paved path that runs about 2.8 miles west past Pima Point to Hermits Rest.
