This was our second time staying at 303. Kim is a lovely hostess and great cook. She serves a delicious homemade breakfast (eggs Benedict, crepes…) and great coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious and comfy. The best is the big porch and balcony where you can relax in the fresh air. We met really nice people too at the community breakfast and hanging out on the balcony.

This is a terrific BnB!! All the amenities of a hotel plus great additional features. We only stayed for a quick overnight and I really wish we'd had more time to enjoy the property! The rooms all had king size beds and their own private bathrooms. We didn't get to use the game room but it looked like a great place to hangout, along with both porches, one of which had cute porch swings. The room and bathroom was very clean, and all the normal things like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, iron, etc were included. I highly recommend staying here - so much better then a chain hotel. Especially breakfast which was delicious Eggs Benedict. The neighborhood was great and near a park where I was able to enjoy a nice long walk

My wife and I stayed at 303 BnB in May 2026. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write this for an experience above and beyond expectations. I agree with the 5 star reviews posted here for clean rooms, quiet, etc., but Kim’s above and beyond service mentality made us feel like we were family!!! My wife and I had to leave early for a flight out of Phoenix. Without asking, Kim made us “to go” breakfasts. My wife needed a piece of art we purchased wrapped for added protection for the flight home. Again, Kim went out of her way to help. I would give a 1,000 star review if I could.

This B&B was quiet, comfortable, and our host was so helpful and friendly. She is a wonderful cook, and her breakfasts were delicious as well as accommodating of special situations. We left before breakfast on our last day so that we could get to our next destination early in the day, and Kim went out of her way to prepare us a to go breakfast that was super delicious.

We had a wonderful time at 303BnB in Flagstaff, Great stay. Everything was spotless, cozy, and well maintained. Kim made us feel welcome and communication was excellent. The room was comfortable; the breakfast outstanding. We would Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
