Down-to-earth budget hotel offering complimentary Wi-Fi, parking & continental breakfast.
Americas Best Value Inn Williams Grand Canyon is a no-frills budget hotel on East Route 66 in downtown Williams, the Route 66 town most travelers use as a launch point for the Grand Canyon Railway. It holds a 4.0-star rating from 523 Google reviews, with guests consistently calling the rooms clean and the beds comfortable for a straightforward overnight stop.
The recurring theme in reviews is value: one guest paid around $116 for a clean, if compact, room and called it very reasonable. Several reviewers single out the lobby coffee machine, which makes coffee, lattes, and macchiatos, as a nice touch alongside the complimentary continental breakfast (toast, oatmeal, cereal, and pastries). Breakfast options run more toward the sweet side, so guests wanting a heartier meal note that Goldie's, a local diner, sits just across the street.
It's not a resort experience, and a few reviews mention thin walls between rooms, but for a clean, affordable, walkable base before or after a Grand Canyon Railway trip, it consistently earns repeat guests.

The room was great, but the ac didn't cool the room down. It was always shutting off and because it was so hot I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked to.

I reserved 6 rooms here in April for our mens golf weekend. Nemo the owner was great to work with. We arrived and the rooms were ready for us . Nemo was on site and checked us in . Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Prices were good . We will definitely be staying here again.
