Comfort Suites Kanab National Park Area was a great place to stay while visiting southern Utah. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and many of the area's popular attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room to relax after a long day of exploring. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a convenient way to start the day before heading out to nearby parks and scenic areas.
The pool and common areas were clean and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and family-friendly. Everything felt organized and well cared for, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay.
I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because some areas of the hotel could benefit from updates, and a few amenities felt fairly standard rather than exceptional. However, the cleanliness, comfort, location, and friendly service made it a very enjoyable experience overall.
I love Comfort Suites, and it is my choice as a hotel chain to book with when traveling. This particular one did not disappoint. Nick was great in checking us in - I love a top floor room on the end for quiet! He made sure we were accomodated, check in was quick and thorough. The room was clean, quiet (ok, except for the AC which was being a bit quirky), and had all the room we needed. The view out the window was nice, it was close to several restaurants and museums. Breakfast was just fine, and the pool area and dog area (even though we didn't use it) looked very nice.
We had a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, with a special thanks to our housekeeper, Manuel, for his exceptional service.
The location is also ideal, serving as a perfect base for exploring the area. Many major attractions are within a convenient hour's drive. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park—all are stunning destinations that we would love to experience again in the future.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location and the breakfast was very well done. The swimming pool was not very warm. We will definitely stay again.

Kanab is a beautiful and charming town that we absolutely loved. We stayed at Comfort Suites for two nights while visiting Zion National Park with family, and it was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Little Hollywood Museum and close to many dining options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee available around the clock, ample parking, and the scenic surroundings.
The hotel also offered a good variety of breakfast options, and the dining area was exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained, making mornings even more enjoyable.
Overall, the staff was friendly, the facilities were excellent, and the stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Comfort Suites and Kanab for anyone visiting the area! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
