The room smell like dog pee and smoked even though we requested a non smoking room. On the website it look pretty decent but once you get your room key and you enter the room it was not what you saw on the website. This place offer breakfast but the only breakfast they had was waffle, cereal, sweet bread. The coffee tasted so water down that you taste the coffee.

Based on I had been on the road for 14 hrs. I had a friend reserve me a room for some much needed rest. Upon arriving at this establishment. I noticed several people hanging around the lot. Upon entering I asked the representative for a room where I could watch my truck. She assured me I would be able to parked my truck right outside of the room. Upon getting the keys and checking the room it wasn't even close to the parking lot. So I kindly went back and returned her room key. She said the money would be back in my account in a couple of days. Still no funds. Be ware of this Motel. People are just hanging out,and management are liars. You have been warned. KH

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone. I traveled four hours for clinical rotations at NAH and was unaware of what to expect. Unfortunately, it is clear that EconoLodge Flagstaff I-40 on Lucky lane does not prioritize providing comfort for paying customers, as evidenced of the numerous filthy stains, water damage, and mold. I canceled my reservations and will not return. I strongly advise others to read the reviews, as they accurately reflect the conditions. It is unacceptable to charge higher rates for a facility that is clearly rundown and lacking in hospitality. I have taken photos to document the issues. I was so dissatisfied that I requested a room change, only to encounter the same concerns. I urge others to save their money and avoid the headache of staying at this hotel. There are far better options available at more competitive rates. Photos are provided for individuals to use at their own discretion.

Stayed here after 14-hours on the road. They wanted $100 deposit CASH ONLY. Never heard of cash only. They couldn’t give me a receipt for it. They did give me the deposit the next morning not before “forgetting” to do so. The rooms were subpar, but for $55 a night it wasn’t terrible. I had the people next door to me blasting annoying rap music. They did put a stop to that at least. They seemed rude at the front desk and didn’t seem to want to see me there. Or they wanted me to use their ATM to get the cash out so they can get the kick back for it. Better off at one of the other many motels in the area.

Checked in 6/20/2026 and checked out the same day. The property and rooms do not look the same in person as they do in photos. For one, there are signs at the check in desk that state the property is non smoking but there was a cigarette butt left at the front desk. In the room my family and I reserved the walls, doors, and floors were dirty. They did not looked wiped down nor swept/mopped. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom/sink area. When I brought these issues up to the front desk the young woman did not seem surprised of the state of the room, nor was she able to give me a refund. Left feeling seriously grossed out. If I could rate a zero I would.
