The location was.near food and freeway so convenient. Walkable for me but not most to downrown. WALK to good food lIke Taverna. Olive Garden and Porxh. POOL STILL OUT OF ORDER.

Update: As you can see, the GM responded to my complaint on this forum. I did as requested and sent a lengthy email detailing our problems. I actually thought something was going to be done to rectify the situation. But, as I have learned, they just paid lip service to helping me. I think they believe that I'll just go away. But, if you read through the reviews, you'll see I'm not the only person who dealt with filthy floors. Seriously, why would they think it's okay not to EVER mop a floor. There are many hotels in Flagstaff. Choose someplace else to stay, you'll thank me later. And, GM, don't say you'll get back with me then go radio silent. That pisses me off more than anything. --------------- The floor in our room was filthy! Upon check in, I gave my dog a little water. He spilled some on the floor, so we got a rag and wiped it up. The rug came away BLACK! Like coal soot or welding ash. I don't believe the room had been mopped in weeks. We complained to the front desk, but no one ever showed up to clean it. Our dogs feet were filthy from walking on the nasty floors, and when they jumped on the bed, they left black footprints. Every time my hubby rolled his wheelchair in the bathroom, he left black tracks. This was probable the most disgusting hotel room I've ever stayed in. And for the price paid, it was criminal.

My family and I were moving across country and this was by far the worst experience on our trip. We got in late after traveling for 15 hours that day and walked into what felt like a house of horrors. The first room we went into was dirty. It looked like someone made the bed and that was it. Our feet were BLACK from all the dirt on the ground, the fridge was full of food, and the couch had stains all over it. Pretty much everything in the room had a sticky feel. We went back to the front desk and asked for a different room they were kind and gave us a different room.. this one however was even worse than the second! This room had multiple cockroaches dead and alive, the beds looked like they just used the sheets from the previous guest, had hairs and stains everywhere! We then went up to the front desk where the customer service definitely changed even after showing them pictures and the refund processes was a bit of a pain. We did eventually get a refund for our stay but id definitely warn others to be cautious staying here.
