My wife and I are staying here for a conference. We have stayed here before. We have several in our group with different rooms. One of their rooms had the window stuck open all night. One had all of her power in her room go out! I asked for our room to be cleaned and new towels stocked after the first day our room wasn’t cleaned, so I asked the room cleaning lady and showed her the room and came back to my room not being touched for the second day. Now out of towels. The room is not as clean as you would expect. The breakfast was pretty good. Except their “omelet” is less to be desired. It’s basically powdered eggs with liquid cheese in it. I probably would not stay here again.

Stayed here with my grand children. We went to the grand canyon, very close! The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool was great, they have a gym and free breakfast. Beautiful views of the mountains! I would definitely request a room in the back of the hotel looking out. The reason for two stars is because of the woman at the front desk. I am not sure her name, but she is rude, she spoke to me like I was uneducated. She was looking at my grandchildren like they were roaches. She had long dark hair and glasses. I even heard the way she was answering the phone, very unprofessional and did not sound welcoming. She really needs training in hospitality.

Very outdated rooms, still smells like cigarettes. they charge additional $7 for you to park in the parking lot that should come with the room fee. They charge “incidentals” on top of that as well. The tv didn’t work, no exhaust fan in bathroom and it’s causing the ceiling to peel, shower was very hard to operate as it was installed poorly, I stay at holiday inns across the country and this is the first time in flagstaff and was very disappointed for such a beautiful city. Also if you’re on a tight schedule don’t wait around for breakfast they were 30 mins late on opening, fun when you have kids waiting around.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, the location is good, except for the train that goes by every 10-15 minutes. Though I was on the top floor, so I barely noticed. The shower is so good, too. Too many of the hotels I've stayed at have barely adequate showers. Great value for the money.

1st time staying at this location and I will be staying here again when I’m in town. The staff were all very professional and friendly especially to the front desk lady Paulina. She was an absolute delight. She was very informative and let us know where we could find everything. Having someone as helpful as she was, was a wonderful way to start our stay. I would also like to give praise to Hailey the housekeeper for her attentiveness. She was very helpful as well.
