This was an outstanding surprise. The room was ‘Spic snd Span’ clean and very well appointed including a double sink and plenty of space to put your toiletries.
We arrived late but received friendly and courteous service at check in.
The breakfast was delicious. There were even egg white, cheese, and chili omelets!😀,
a wide variety of other options and a coffee machine that ground and brewed each cup of coffee when ordered.
All of this at a very reasonable price, We will definitely stay here again.
Check in was a breeze. Wasn’t able to make it the first night of our reservation. Called and they were accommodating. When I walked in next day, they knew who I was. Signed paperwork and room was ready. As far as rooms, clean and some of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve slept on in a hotel in a minute.
This stay was disappointing from start to finish. The front desk lady (blonde with sunglasses on her head) was rude and tried to twist what was said to make it sound like I hadn't done what I clearly did, so I corrected her. Instead of helping, it felt argumentative and unprofessional.
The noise was nonstop — traffic outside and people stomping around above made it almost impossible to relax or sleep.
Cleanliness was also an issue. There was hair in the tub and on the floor, which should never be acceptable in a guest room.
For the price and expectations that come with staying here, this was not a clean, peaceful, or pleasant experience. I won't be returning.
Holiday Inn stay was overall perfect. Kanab is an ideal location if you’re planning to explore both Zion and Bryce Canyon, making it very convenient.
The property is well-maintained with neat and clean rooms, and there are a couple of good dining options nearby. The helpdesk service was responsive and helpful, and there’s plenty of parking space available, which made the stay hassle-free.
The only downside was the breakfast experience. Although breakfast is supposed to be available until 9:30 AM, by around 9:10 AM most items were already empty and not refilled, which was disappointing. We had to wait for pancakes, and while cereal was available, options were limited. Bread was provided only upon request.
Overall, a great stay with a small improvement needed in breakfast service.

•Refrigerator did not properly cool items.
•Staff is not following ADA service dog guidelines and is inconsiderate and rude toward handler.
