We were very pleased to get a room here last minute for our family of 5. I was happy with the queen room with sofa bed. The breakfast was loved by everyone and had a ton of options. I liked it opened at 6:30 am too. We were able to eat and get going early. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had plenty of luggage carts. Elevator is a bit slow and the pool was broken, but over all we had a great stay.

Shower stall not cleanest. Tiles black on floor of shower. Large towels stained and tattered. Liked bath soaps. AC not initially working but staff able to reset. Staff pleasant. Breakfast very good. Kept everything well filled.

I must share some details with you fine folks regarding this hotel. When booking, I called the global booking line and had a bad time trying to hear the agent and he could not hear me. I specifically asked if there was a pool and hot tub and they said yes, BUT... it is undergoing some repairs at the moment. My daughter was devestated. Being the good dad I booked at another hotel. The problem was I might be out some cash as a result since I was within the no cancellation window here. YASMIN at the front desk was not only understanding about the whole thing but very nice, curteous, and helped me resolve the reservation to my satisfaction. She had gone the extra mile and then some to help me. I cannot thank her enough for the truly great experience. I have never had someone actually care enough to help me save some money at any chain hotel as far back as I can remember. Yasmin rocks. Stay here because of her!

Staff was great! Common areas could use more attention but overall our room was good. Beds are hard especially the pullout couch but we brought mattress toppers after reading other reviews thank goodness we did it made all the difference

The room was a little.... worn. Desk chair was broken. We were given a chair from the breakfast area that worked well at the desk. The hotel pool is closed with no expected re-open date. The gentleman at the desk apologized for the problems and they were being worked on. He did get us a really comfortable desk chair. Motels have parts that wear out and need repair, which is happening here, so I'll give them a pass.
