Rooms were very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and I do not believe housekeeping came while we were gone during the day. I would ask if that is something that is needed when you check in. Fresh towels & wash clothes would have been nice. Food at breakfast was fairly limited in my opinion. No elevator. Two separate buildings are available, and they do not connect. Parking felt very limited. Staff were friendly.

Was alittle nervous but this place is a perfect stop over/over night layover if you’re traveling! Room was VERY clean importantly and super close to Route 66. Very good price and they have a nice jacuzzi. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable BUT it was very affordable! Oh also their breakfast is amazing!!! The only thing maybe it was our room directly but our TV kept glitching literally every 30 seconds. So it was very hard to just watch something simple with a glitch every few seconds.

Room was modern/updated and clean, and it was a decent price. Staff were nice. Location is within walking distance of Grand Canyon Railway (Polar Express). Would definitely stay here again as home base for future visits to the Grand Canyon and nearby attractions. My only comment is that the mini-fridge in the room didn't have a freezer section, which would be great for refreezing ice packs for an ice chest/cooler. There are ice machines though signs are posted not to use them to fill ice chests.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star review when I went in to check-in. I asked the old guy in the front if I can see the room before I paid to make sure the bed was clean and the pillows were clean and there was no bed bugs. He took me to the room, he was upset because I started to look in the pillows. And on the sheets , and when he saw me looking deep to make sure it was clean , he got upset like he had something to hide if you want a nice clean room, don't stay here. The sheets were stained and you try to cover it up There's plenty of nice hotels around the area. And upon walking in , I did see a bug , I don't know what kind of bug definitely glad we didn't stay

The hotel is located in Williams, the city boasting of being the gateway to the Grand Canyon, even though it is an hour away from the park. The city is amazingly boring, and a person like me would not dream of visiting the city except as a pit stop. The hotel follows that characteristic. The staff try to be matter of fact and professional, but somehow doesn't do it for me. Comes across as being unfriendly. The bed in the room was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The bathroom layout was cumbersome and awkward, and certainly could have been designed more efficiently. Breakfast choices were good. The comfortable bed and the breakfast led me to give it 3 stars, else it would be lower.
