The family that runs this little inn are absolutely fabulous . Very welcoming and accommodating when our plans changed 3 times. They are working on upgrades but the whole experience was pleasant

It’s clear why this hotel was less expensive than many others.The best thing I can say is that it was clean. It was definitely tired. There was damage to several parts of the wall that were poorly repaired. The sheets were pilly and scratchy. I do not recommend staying in room 101. It is too close to the reception desk and the street. I was awakened multiple times during my one night stay with people ringing the front desk bell for service. The street noise was pretty significant. And the worst part was a man let himself into my room. I assume he worked there but then he should have known that someone was staying in the room and if he didn’t work there then the front desk gave someone else my room key. Thankfully I was dressed but I was in my pajamas! I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend it to others.

We’ve been traveling for the past month, and this was by far the best motel we’ve stayed at for the price. The room was exceptionally clean. The rain shower was fantastic, and the kitchenette was a great bonus. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. This was also one of the most reasonably priced places we’ve found without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable priced motel.

Very noisy due to heavy traffic on Rt 66 and railroad. Shower was nice. Not one comfortable chair in the room and no bedside lamps. IHOP a 5 min drive away. I guess that's the best you can get in Flagstaff for the price.
