When I walked into my room and saw complimentary ear plugs on the night stand, that should have been my first warning. This hotel sits practically on the interstate and the road noise is ROARING all night. It doesn't have to be this way, but it's clear that the windows are as old as the hotel is (about 35 years) and have either never been replaced, or were replaced with cheap single pane windows. This simply can't be an option for as much road noise as there is.
Positives of this hotel is it really is cheap. There are tons of hotel options and I saw dynamic pricing get this hotel down to about $60 per night (not what I paid, but it got there). The rooms were clean, but I pretty much didn't sleep at all. So choose your pick on whether or not no sleep for a cheap price is worth it. For me, I would have booked elsewhere.

Admittedly, outside of checking reviews, I didn't look too closely before booking my quick overnight stay at Voco for work. What an absolutely pleasant surprise! Clean room, friendly staff, and just a really cool vibe that I loved! Wyn and McKenzie made the overall experience even more welcoming, which was so appreciated after a long week on the road. The happy hour at the lobby bar, both drink and food, was the cherry on top! This will definitely be my go to stay for future trips.
Was hesitant with booking due to it being a discounted hotel however stay exceeded our expectations. Arrived late and was treated by the a friendly staff member at the front desk. Walking into the back of the hotel, it smelled good and clean. You could tell it was recently updated. Our rooms were next to each other slightly different lay outs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The water pressure was amazing in the showers. Great pit stop on our vacation. The only downside to the stay was the housekeeping staff in the mornings were yelling down the hallways at each other. Luckily we were already up and at it. Would stay again. Great value great rooms
Great hotel if you are road tripping around Flagstaff area. The rooms were modern, very clean, beds comfy, and the rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. I liked the extra details of a makeup facecloth, steamer for clothes, and espresso pods for coffee. They even provided ear plugs if you are sensitive to the highway nextdoor but it didn't bother us and we slept soundly. The staff was very nice and they had a good deal on breakfast, had other food options and cocktails. Highly recommend!
I didn’t originally add comments as I was in a hurry but have to point out this place is incredible. I feel silly fawning over it so much but I travel regularly for work and this place is an absolute standout.
Everything about it. The rooms are gorgeously decorated, you have a massive TV, it’s incredibly clean, the location has plenty of things to do and the price is surprisingly affordable which is truly appreciated.
The service is also stellar. Doug (superstar!), Anastasia, Vraj, and Dileep (sorry if misspelled!) were all incredibly kind and professional. We accidentally booked a wrong room type third party and they were super understanding and switched it easily. They also let us check out much later than we should have heh. Vraj was awesome in the AM!
I almost feel like I don’t want to share my stellar experience so we can keep the price down and the crowds away haha. But seriously, absolutely AMAZING hotel. 100/10.
