Our flight out of Flagstaff was cancelled due to wildfires with no other flights out until at least the next day. We approached the Avis counter and Lucas and his manager were amazing. They got us into one way car even though technically they didn’t have any availability and it was after hours. We were so grateful for their help!

Avis was out of vehicles. My car was having issues so had to get a rental. I went with another company. They had great service, well they are all next to each other. They all were so very nice. I loved the SUV I rented.

I have never rented such a dirty car before. The floor mats in the car were full of garbage, and there were food remnants on the seats. There was no cleaning done at all. The staff seemed to be rushing to get off work at 3pm and hurriedly handed over the car to the customer.It was 2pm when we got the car keys and there were no other guests. The staff member was leisurely scrolling through his mobile phone and watching his videos with a happy smile.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews, the last few times I have rented or returned cars here I have had excellent service and friendly professional interactions with the staff. The owner and his team made sure I was taken care of will definitely be back.

They sent us out with a vehicle that had no wind shield washer, a back drivers side tire with a leak we had to stop to put air in everyday, plus we drove 50 to 60 miles and it showed change oil required. We turned the car in at Las Vegas airport and was told they receive alot of complaints about Flagstaff Avis.
