George and Darren are absolutely amazing. They saved our trip. George came and picked us up off the side of I-17 when our car broke down. Darren was able to get us exactly what we needed and gave us discounts to help us out. Highly recommend Budget if you need a rental!

Absolutely amazing. We were stuck on the side of the road. George picked us up on the side of the road on 1-17. Grabbed all of our belongings. Drove us to the office. Top to bottom nicest and most accommodating service. Would give 20 stars if I could.

Darron and his team were exceptional. I unfortunately was not treated the best in my pick up experience from a PHX location. I received great customer service at the counter at the Flagstaff Airport location while renting 2 vehicles for a family vacation. We had received some misinformation while booking through the 1-800 number. Fortunately the staff was able to go above and beyond to correct the situation and get us on the road for our vacation without delay! What could have been a stressful situation was made an easy, quick and happily transaction with smiles all around! Thanks Budget
