Cannot speak highly enough about folks at enterprise counter today. We arrived planning to turn in our car. Our agent shared the wildfires nearby may impact our flights and instead of closing out our account, he left it open until we knew for sure our flight was confirmed. Turns out it was canceled, he had our keys waiting and sent us on our way to Phoenix to catch our connection. His care was beyond measure!
