This place is absolutely amazing. We were visiting from Alabama and found ourselves in a jam. The fuel pump went out and we were stuck on the exit ramp (Exit 331 on I-17N). These guys came and picked up my wife and stepdaughter while I waited for the tow truck to arrive. Then gentleman that came was extremely nice and in my opinion went out of his way to help us. The rate for rental was very affordable and should I need a rental car in the Flagstaff area again, I would contact them first. They had no problem with extending the rental when our vehicle wasn’t going to be ready by the time the initial rental time was up. The customer service and level of kindness and courtesy this place shows is top notch. Again I can’t thank this place or recommend this place enough. If you rent from them I promise you won’t be disappointed. They truly care about their customers.

Wonderful experience. Brad and Nakita were super nice and accommodating. At the last minute when Hertz didn’t have a car for our family vacation even though we had a reservation, Nakita picked us up within 10 minutes at the airport and we were driving within 30 minutes. Really helped us out and had a great attitude. Turning in the car was just as easy. Thanks fellas!

What an amazing car rental experience. I had a reservation and another place and they left me stranded because of my out of state license and an issue and couldn’t take my debit card. Not only did flagstaff car rental pick me up where I stranded but he made me feel like someone cared. I only needed the rental for the day but he was able to work with our train schedule department. This place treated me like a person. If I go to flagstaff again I will ONLY rent from them. It was easy and fast getting my rental and they treated me how people should be treated.

NOW THIS IS FLG!!!The city grew, Generation changed, the drivers got crazy like and i cant understand why the farmers Market downtown an't packed and PCR radio parade an't here anymore with that flap jack breakfast downtown.....my family waited every year for this like a ritual"🥹. City of Flagstaff .. please bring real life and REAL people back home. BESIDES all that....... Experiencing what I saw the with the owner cleaning my rental and being down to earth as professional as need be for business was my hearts love for this place. Loyal, love, life and just down rite Kick ASS!!

Flagstaff Rental Car saved us a lot of hassle with Enterprise! Enterprise contacted us as we were getting off our plane and said that even though we had reserved a rental car, they could not provide it unless we gave a credit card. Because we were out of state, they would not accept a full payment on a debit card. Brad from Flagstaff Rental Car picked us up within 7 minutes of making the phone call and got us in a rental immediately. He even gave us ideas of things we could do nearby while on our trip!
