Flagstaff Rental Car saved us a lot of hassle with Enterprise! Enterprise contacted us as we were getting off our plane and said that even though we had reserved a rental car, they could not provide it unless we gave a credit card. Because we were out of state, they would not accept a full payment on a debit card. Brad from Flagstaff Rental Car picked us up within 7 minutes of making the phone call and got us in a rental immediately. He even gave us ideas of things we could do nearby while on our trip! What an amazing car rental experience. I had a reservation and another place and they left me stranded because of my out of state license and an issue and couldn’t take my debit card. Not only did flagstaff car rental pick me up where I stranded but he made me feel like someone cared. I only needed the rental for the day but he was able to work with our train schedule department. This place treated me like a person. If I go to flagstaff again I will ONLY rent from them. It was easy and fast getting my rental and they treated me how people should be treated.

All about the money

Absolutely the best. When everyone else was out of cars, they had one for me and even picked me up. And the price is about the same as everyone else even cheaper. If you only have a debit card in your name, call them first. Super friendly super helpful. Highly recommended. -Sandra H.
