Holy cow, the folks here at Xpress Rental Car are genuinely some of the most kind and down to earth people. On one of the worst days of my life they helped get me home, they were so insanely kind and accommodating and I just cant thank them enough for being so amazing. My world has been flipped upside down (or crashed into a tree I guess), I was a crying mess and the snow had my shoes and pants soaked to the knee. The folks at Xpress drove to pick me up and save the day, they’re my heros and though I’m hoping to not need another rental from them, if I did I would NOT be sad to do business with them again, 10/10 highly recommend these wonderful people 💜

My daughter’s jeep had a major issue when passing through Kanab. Dave went above and beyond for us. He picked us up and got us into a rental car so fast our adventure was able to carry on as planned. I will forever be grateful for all of the angels in that town that stepped up to help us. Thank you Dave!

They went out of their way to help my husband when his car broke down in Kanab, working with them was an absolute pleasure. Family owned and operated, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a kinder business. No one wants to be in a crisis when a car has an issue, but they were prompt, efficient and reliable. Highly recommend!!

We rented a car from Vance at this facility, and had a great experience. Vance made sure the vehicle I rented was good to go. We rented a car for 2 days and was able to go to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park and leave our motorhome at the RV campground. We really appreciate that Vance offers rental cars in Kanab, UT; since he is the only one offering such service and at a reasonable cost as well. Now you have to keep in mind that this rental car facility is not part of any major name brand rental company. Vance rents his cars as part of his body shop business and has his own rules such as the cost is per day not a 24 hr period and he limits the mileage to 150 miles per day, therefore any mileage after that you pay for, and he will put a temporary hold of $400 on your credit card. All this was explained to us upfront and a contract is done with all this info on it. Thanks again Vance!
